We therefore encourage our employees and business partners to speak up, ask questions and raise concerns whenever needed and without being uncomfortable doing so.

We encourage our employees, business partners and customers to raise any observations or knowledge of misconduct or unethical behavior either to a manager, HR or by using the Embla Medical Speak-Up line. The Speak-Up Line is operated as an independent function. Everyone who makes a report in good faith is therefore guaranteed protection from retaliation and all reports are treated confidential.

The Speak-Up Line is available 24 hours every day of the year. Reports can be filed online or through any mobile browser. The Speak-Up Line is available in multiple local languages and hosted by an independent third party in compliance with local regulations and GDPR.
All cases are reported in full confidentiality and will be reviewed in the utmost confidence and appropriately investigated.
