As a service to the shareholders, Embla Medical offers its shareholders an on-line access to a private space in the shareholders registry through a shareholder portal. Through the portal, shareholders can track their transactions with Embla Medical shares.

Through the portal, shareholders also have access to all material relating to the Annual General Meeting each year and can vote electronically if they choose to do so.
